Esophagus
The esophagus (outlined in blue) is a muscular tube connected from the pharynx to the cardiac sphincter of the stomach, propelling food to the stomach. The muscle allows for the esophagus to undergo peristalsis, which will move the food to the stomach in slow squeezing waves. It is thinner than the trachea or the larynx, and is usually deeper than the trachea as well.
To find the esophagus, look for the box like larynx, then follow it down to the trachea, and look for a thinner tube hidden behind the trachea.
