Liver
There are five lobes of liver in a pig: Left and Right lateral lobes, Left and Right Central lobes, and caudate lobe.
The picture above shows all five lobes.
The Red outlines the Left Lateral Lobe. The Blue outlines Left Central Lobe (which is inferior to the left lateral lobe)
The Purple outlines the Right Lateral Lobe, the biggest lobe of the liver. The Green outlines the Right Central Lobe.
The Orange outlines the Caudate Lobe.
The Liver is easy to spot, just look for a huge mass of similar looking organs, next to the stomach.

Gallbladder
Gallbladder is a small, green, tear-shaped organ embedded inside the Right Lateral Lobe of the liver. You can use the probe to pull it out, or just take a picture of it embedded in the liver. It is easy to find because of it's distinct green coloration. The gallbladder, which has been slightly removed from the liver, can be seen in the picture on the right. The gallbladder stores bile, which can be released into the small intestine to help emulsify fats to allow for digestion.
Ducts
Finding the Ducts of the liver is easy, just push the stomach down, and the liver up to expose the ducts. However, knowing which one is which can be tough.
There are 5 major ducts you need to know and find in the liver: The Left and Right Hepatic Ducts, Common Hepatic Duct, Cystic Duct, and Common Bile Duct
The Left Hepatic Duct, labeled #1, is branches of the Hepatic duct that go to the Left Lateral and Left Central Lobes of the liver
The Right Hepatic Duct, labeled #2, is branches of the Hepatic duct that go to the Right Lateral and Right Central Lobes
The Cystic Duct, labeled #3, is the duct that connects the gall bladder to the hepatic ducts. This is visibile in green and white near the common bile duct
The Common Hepatic Duct, labeled #4, is the branch that connects the Left and Right Hepatic ducts together to form one cohesive duct that comes from the liver lobes. this meets the cystic duct to form the common bile duct
The Common Bile Duct, labeled #5, is the cohesive duct for both the liver and gall bladder, combination of Common Hepatic Duct and Cystic Duct, one duct that bile travels through to go to the duodenum. This extends further down, like the drawing in red, and meets the pancreatic duct. Then those two ducts empty into the Hepatopancreatic Ampulla which is connected to the Duodenum to supply the chyme with needed enzymes and bile.
