Teeth
In our pig, the teeth were underdeveloped, and only had bumps, that eventually with maturing become teenth.

two central incisors, one lateral incisor, one canine, four premolars, and three molars on each side, totalling 44 permanent teeth. a piglet has 28 teeth: three incisors, one canine and three premolars.
Teeth have parts to the structure: crown, neck, root, gingiva, and enamel.
Crown- visible part of tooth covered by enamel
Enamel- hard, calcareous substance that protects teeth from erosion
Root- part of the tooth embedded in the Jaw and covered by the gums.
Neck- the part between a crown and root
Gingiva- the gum tissue (mucous membrane) that surrounds the neck of tooth
